1. We ship all over the world. Just buy and enjoy our great service, we ship direct to your door.

2. We will process the shipment within 2 days after confirm your payment but please allow for the time difference in global countries, a tracking number and the tracking link will be provided to monitor your parcel after we ship out your parcel, the delivery time usually takes about 7~10 working days.

3. Free shipping is offered by EMS shipment to most of countries, for orders over $500 is also free shipping by DHL. The shipping fee by DHL depends on the weight of your items along with the destination. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save you even more money.

4. We usually dispatch our parcels via EMS (Express Mail Service) and DHL, if you want us to dispatch your parcel via, UPS, FEDEX or other Express Delivery, please contact with us about the extra charge.

DHL: UK, Italy, France, Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Cyprus, Kuwait, Norway etc.


Order Procedure

Your parcel will be sent by courier to your door. We will email you full details and tracking number so enable you to trace your parcel in transit. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of your parcel.

Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number. We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address. We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package.


Shipping Delay

Sometimes orders may be delayed or cannot be sent out for the following reasons:

* Wrong or unspecific shipping address.

* The particular product is currently out of stock in our local factory.

* During festivals or holidays: Chinese Lunar New Year (usually in February), Labor Day (1st May every year), Chinese National Day (1st October every year). Please note that all delivery times will be affected during these times of year as the service from all our suppliers and logistics operators will be disrupted. There is often a delay of 3-4 days and sometimes even longer. We sincerely apologize for any delays caused during these periods and kindly ask our customers to be patient.

* Large Value orders require credit verification which can take longer so please be patient. Our aim is to win customers for life and to make shopping with us as easy and enjoyable experience.
